Relationships

Christianity is built upon our relationship with God and our relationships with other Christians. Scriptures tell us that we must love one another as God loves us.

The Bible also says that we must come together on a regular basis to encourage one another and for fellowship. Fellowship within the church will suffer if we are not building healthy relationships with our fellow believers.

With the technology available to us today, it’s easy to stay home and have church. But watching church services online isolates us from one another. But still many believe that they can build relationships and fellowship from a distance. There is however no such thing.

The posts on relationships vary from our relationship with God to our relationship with our spouse. They also expound on biblical ways of how we should treat one another.

Unexplained Love

Did you ever wonder how God could love such a person like yourself? I have about me. His love is definitely something that can’t be explained. But He loves us anyhow. He expects us to love others the same way He loves us. In fact, God’s entire law is built upon that type of love. … Read more

The Lord revealed to Peter in his 2nd epistle that he would soon leave this earthly life. Therefore he encouraged those he considered God’s called and chosen people. Year of Jubilee

A year of Jubilee came every fiftieth year. It was not only a year of rest but it also provided a new beginning. A time when things could go back to “the way they were.” We don’t celebrate the year of Jubilee but we do look forward to “the way things will be.” Because Jesus … Read more

Confess your Sins to God

The Israelites often found themselves living in disobedience to God. What did He require for them to turn back to Him? First, they needed to admit their sins and then confess them to God.
